We explore design narratives and establish the general look and feel of the project. We generate inspiration and sketches which will give form to the vision of the space and respond to the unique opportunities of the site.
I will deliver a comprehensive PDF presentation outlining, both visually and textually, the narrative of the space, design intent, material exploration, and conceptual drawings where appropriate to communicate specific ideas.
This is an important developmental stage in your project that ensures everyone — from your team to builders and investors — shares a unified understanding of the project’s vision and goals, streamlining collaboration and ensuring your time, energy, and money are invested effectively.

Full Service Spatial Design
Collaborating from ideation through to project completion, I work closely with you and the building team, exploring foundational elements and nuanced details to bring the space’s narrative to life.
This offering includes both the Insight & Ideation and Creative Direction phases. From there, we expand to comprehensive plans, drawings, renderings, materials, and FF&E selections. Throughout construction, I continue to support you and the team, managing decision-making, problem-solving, and project administration to ensure the final result reflects our original vision and goals.
