The design concept was based on the juxtaposition of order and structure with forms that break conventional constructs.

Fundamental architectural characteristics - pillars, foundations, and building blocks - act as a metaphor for the role law plays in giving structure to our society. But as order, systems, and logic are essential to the practice, so is original thinking; special design moments and decor introduce forms that break conventional constructs and create a dynamic environment.
